We don't really want to get into a huge change log, but ported it over to the 8.2 release, somethings are broken
like tile text rendering with multicolors, and tiles in text that aren't the text scale.
the arbitary color color effect tag is gon for now uhh probably gonna come back in a month or so to port all of adam's changes again and hopefully get more done
